I’ve run the Headless Horseman queue just about every day on my Shaman and on my Druid. I want the mount on the Shammy and I just need the Justice Points on the Drood. I should be running my Mage and my Paladin every day for the Justice Points also, but I haven’t spent any time learning the Holy Pally healing rotation yet, and often when I queue with the Mage I get 10-12 minute wait times, so I don’t always want to wait around for the queue to pop. I’ve also run the Prot Warrior a few times in hopes of getting the mount on him, but it hasn’t dropped.

I did, however, get the HH Mount drop on my Mage last week. He was the one who also receive both Brewfest Mounts in 1 bag back during Brewfest.

I personally think they should make the Broom Mount that drops from the Headless Horseman a permanent mount. Does anyone else want to see this also?

I just wanted to make a post to share with you about some other World of Warcraft sites that I read. A couple of them are blogs, 1 is by a friend that I raid with, and the rest are just random sites that I have found on the Internet that I find quite helpful. Take a look at the list below and please tell me what you think of these. If you have any site that you think I should add to my list of “regular viewing” please reply here and share it with me.

Rune’s Ramblings – Runewraith and I have been raiding together for some months now. His site is fairly new, but he shares some very valuable information about the game itself, upcoming news and events, and the new expansion.

Big Bear Butt - Recently I reached out to some other WoW bloggers about trading links with my site to theirs. Most of them didn’t reply, but BigBearButt was one of the ones that did. He doesn’t maintain a blogroll on his site, but I’ve been reading some of his posts and they are quite comical. If you have time, of if you have a Druid, you should check out this blog.

WoW Heroes – This isn’t a blog, this is a MUST-HAVE tool for gearing your toon. WoW Heroes shows your current gear and any upgrades you might need and where to get them. However, the most useful feature on this site is the gem and enchant objects. Once you lookup your toon on the site, it will show any gems or enchants you are missing and for the enchants, it shows where to get them. I use this site all the time to keep up with gear on all my toons.

Guild Progress dot com – As the name suggests, you can track the progress of raid progression and achievements on this site. I like to use this site, along with the one listed below, for different points of view and also for different features. The site lets you look at ICC10 and 25 progression and achievements, along with some Ruby Sanctum as well. You can choose your region, or realm, and you can lookup your own guild and create guild banners like the one pasted here for my Guild.

Brewfest Ram: A Very Brew-FAST Mount

I’ve been running Coren Direbrew every day, and usually on all of my 80s, although sometimes I skip the Mage or the Paladin. I really should run it every day on everyone since you are guaranteed 2 Emblems of Frost each day. However, I have been focused on getting these Brewfest Mounts because Launch, my Shaman, has the 50 mount achievement and I have been working on getting as many mounts on him as I can.

Today I finally got the Brewfest Ram. I would also like to try for the Brewfest Kodo, so I will keep running Coren Direbrew every day until Brewfest ends.

Grats to all of those of you who have received mounts from this event!

If you don’t want the achievement, I suggest still doing these for the gold.

There are 38 Horde fires and 40 Ally fires. If you take an 80 to all of them, and assume 6g for Horde fires and 13g for Ally fires (its actually MORE because it also gives about 50 silver as well) that is 748 Gold… just for flying/running around and clicking on fires
